I refuse to use that airport anymore. Feckin stealth tax that charge is. And you've no choice to pay it as they wont let you through security without it. bar stewards

Re: What are you doing today??
Its for 12 year olds and over. I had a stand up row with the persons on the desk over it. They then had a big security guard stand right beside me. A queue was forming behind and I wouldn't let them deal with anyone else until I saw the manager. People in the queue behind started to back me up. I ended up paying for myself but they let the kids go free. Don't know how many of the people in the queue paid but they were pretty irate when I left the desk. The worst thing was that there was no mention of this charge until I got to the airport.

Re: What are you doing today??
Same at Norwich airport. You have to buy a ticket then put it in the machine like train station barrier. I just wait til nobodys looking and just step over, simples. Best on a cold day really then you dont catch yer balls.
I hate paying for anything if theres a way round it. Now last night I went through Dartford tunnel which costs £2.50 but free after 10pm so I aim to arrive there at just past that time, signs come up, congestion...... we eventually got through the tunnel at 11.30pm. Not sure but I think someone has hit an overhead gantry just passed it on the northern side. They should be hung from said gantry for a week and frustrated drivers given rotten eggs to throw at them. Queue still there this afternoon according to traffic report on BBC2.

Re: What are you doing today??
Funny you should say that...just to kill some time today before handing car back we went to Knock to maybe look at the shrine. No, I tried but I couldn't force myself to pay to go and see a load of codswallop! They were selling holy water and candles and Mass cards? We went to a cafe over the road instead and had a nice coffee with lemon meringue cake!

Eye, eye. Hows yer ears? The one I had an op on 2 months ago has finally stopped leaking. Got an MRI scan tomorrow for saliva duct operation, getting my moneys worth from NHS. Oldest son fell off push bike last week, currently in Norwich hospital. Might lose his leg. It will make little difference as hes normally legless anyway. Probably why he fell off in the first place...... At least that might justify the sickness benefit hes been on for the last 24 years. As you can probably tell I dont like the twat..........
Broke a spotlight last week, the bracket bit so I tried to glue it to no avail. Looked to see how much they are, £100 a pair. Jeez, I will fix it trust me.

Re: What are you doing today??
Well i must say the eyes are brilliant this morning, they wont have settled down yet too,
I put my reading glasses on to come on here and it was all blurred, took them off and clear as anything,
I did notice Janet could do with a good wash but thought it better not to say anything, well untill she finished making my lunch for later,
