Priced a job this afternoon. Its the same guy I priced for painting the outside of his bungalow last April. He got a different lad to do it for 250 quid less apparently. The paint is already peeling off after just 3 months . Now its going to be more work to correct things and I'm charging and extra 250 this time round. We had a washer/dryer. We had it 15 years. Then the seal around the door finally perished and because the machine was so old, we couldn't get a replacement. Was the best 230 quid we ever spent.

JToday Mathew were off to a gig, it's a two day event but didn't go yesterday as not my music, all tribute bands, yesterday was all heavy metal stuff, today, Bowie, Bon Jovie etc, half a bottle of breakfast wine in me already, meeting mates at 2, gig starts 3......
