I'll have to wait until I get home before I can post any photos. Hotel WIFI is so slow. The 2 photos I put on earlier took about 20 minutes!

Re: What are you doing today??
I bought my yacht from near Scunthorpe, you are right, a complete dump. Bought a tent off ebay tonight, £17. Its big enough to park my Seat Terra in! Moved two boats in the yard today, my new home welded towbar looks a goodun....... A new garage that I bought probably 10 years ago is to be erected and some new sewer pipes are getting laid. Had to go over the grass with the biggest one, yep, got stuck, right down to the axle. Its more or less where I want it anyway, Fred and Jack managed to push me free once the boat was off the towbar. Fecking great ruts in the grass. Hope the moles got a headache............ I shall utilise my Gantry Crane to move it where I want it tomorrow morning. Man stuff innit.

Re: What are you doing today??
Just had a go at the barman in the hotel. We were first in to the restaurant, 10 minutes before kitchen even opened and we ordered a couple of drinks, peach schnapps and lemonade for the fair sex and a pint of cider for me. Also ordered our meal, nothing fancy as we'd eaten already today, 2 x soup and sandwiches. 10 mins later another couple came in then another couple after that...still waiting...ah, here comes the waiter, and propmptly puts down the food the first couple had ordered...OK, a wee bit peeved as soup and sandwiches aren't rocket science but waiter arrives again...this time for the second couple. By this time a third couple had arrived, about 20 minutes after us and did the feckin' waiter no serve them as well. "Right! That's it!" I said and marched over to the bar area, typical first waiter has disappeared and some new feck has to take my tongue lashing. "I'll go and see what the delay is" he says, and immediately comes back with 2 soup and sandwiches. "It wasn't me who took your order" he says by way off apology. Mermaid wasn't happy and told him so! Then to cap it off, the couple who were served first came over and siad "You did right, by the way, my wife and I think you look like her dad, she's been saying it all night." FFS! they must have been 70 and I look like her dad!

Come on, who you gonna serve first, the ones having a slap up meal and copious amounts of booze or the two tight scots gits having the cheapest thing on the menu and dragging one drink out all night,,, no brainer innit...
