My wife bought a book this week named just that. It is not like a diet as it encourages you eat loads. It gets you to cut certain things out for short periods to detox but works on a totally different theory that we should not be counting calories but eating foods that produce less Insulin. By this they mean wrong sugars that start the body naturally producing insulin.
It obviously considers those that struggle to produce insulin and covers this in depth. It is an incredible theory and a superb book.
