Update on Cam. Went in yesterday to see him. No TV in the room that I noticed, but he hardly watches TV anyway. It was not what they thought it was. It was a cyst which they have removed. It was done via part keyhole and then half major, He has managed to eat something and asked me to take his laptop in as there is free wifi. He must be feeling better. So he will be posting again soon i think

Just for clarification for the urinary expert here, was the cyst connecting your bladder to your colon or just leaning on it. If the latter, did they find the reason for the kidney infections since the previous op?

Re: The doctors surgery
It was the small intestine looped around an abscess filled with pus this time, both leaning against the bladder which is why they thought it was an entero-vesical fistula. (I think).

Re: The doctors surgery
Had my flu jab about 3 weeks ago. Suggest you get one next year, being small will make you vulnerable enough I'm sure.
