Yum it was, had it with roasted onions, carrots, celery and potatoes, after boiling the ham I cut off skin, chopped it up salted it and flung it in with the roast potatoes so that was a crunchie nibble to start with, mate had cherries in the middle of the pineapple rings but I couldn't find any in Asda so had some cherry tomatoes in fridge that took their place...

And cheap as hell to make, the gammon joint was £5:50 for 2kg, I recon with the price of the veg, pineapple rings etc added cost came to less than £8, we had four portions last night and there's enough left for the same tonight so eight portions at less than a quid each, you can't get a shitty burger at McDonalds for that...

Odd one tonight, just needed a snack as we'd both eaten earlier in the day, I was on Asda duty, thought a tasty snacky mussel dish, but they had no fresh mussels,,, so next snacky thing was fajitas, get a Old El Paso Fajita kit, pack of two chicken breasts, red pepper, onion and garlic, for a snack all that does two two nights, cooked it, thought that spicy, clearing the sinuses it was, now got to say I've never purchased the kits before its allways been Annie,,, we sit down to eat, fecking hell, taste was there, but on two scales, taste 8/10, spicy 1000/10, would seem Annie normally gets picture two, but because we normally get a pack of spicy sauce with it I got picture one,,, must rate as one of the must rate as one of the most spiciest things I've has despite dolloping loads of sour cream sauce on it, we had two figitas each, we managed to eat on hand a bit each, wine was getting gulped down like hell to try and douce the fire in our mouths...

Yip you can't beat the all day breakfast, normally have one pre going to watch the football and yesterday was no exception, that said I hadn't been enjoying the sausages so had been trying different types, came across the ones below, they are yum, actually fried up another two with some mushrooms as a snack when I got back from football last night...

I've had them, OK, but would say the Asda Extra Special ones are tastier,,, they are in the "3 for £10" section, so got big pack of bacon and a pack of two chicken breasts in same deal, chicken breasts in that deal are huge, I only needed to use one of them for the figitas we had Friday night...
