Morning all, Chemo day today.........going to Gym too, first time back and needed. Knees are seizing up, getting more flab and muscles have almost vanished.
Start of a real big health drive I feel. Jan is starting a new diet as her new medicine has bunged loads on, she will go back on the Harcombe, seems to get it off.

Looks like old boy OK after Chemo.
Jan going for MRI results in an hour then got Amelia all day so not sure how it will pan out.
Be good and watch out for the two (Statler and Waldorf) who will be on later

a dry morning but like yesterday you have to dodge the black clouds. Got my washing dry though.

It is hissing down here but I have just booked my flights, fingers crossed the courier gets here with the passport or I'll be throwing my money away roll on this time tomorrow I'll be almost home.

Thanks for thoughts people. Jan has had her results and they show a bit worse than 3 years ago. She has to go and see some other specialists now but they won't operate as the dangers outweigh the benefits.
