The new Southcoast development still is on schedule and has its own finance set aside.
The area the flats and town houses are on is Shoreham Beach, very sought after

Someone elsewhere said a poster was me, which if it was I would not let on. Another said, not me unless I have eaten a dictionary, so I will eat the tionary and he can have the rest.
