    Just finished preparing me casserole for tomorrow. Had Mush, Beans, Tomatoes, Shallots, Eggs and Bacon tonight.

    It,s a fairly hard rubbery cheese that is not very nice eaten cold , but when it is fried or grilled it tastes really nice, it is quite mild but eaten with other food it is really nice , tastes better if you listen to Zorbas dance at the same time for a bit of atmosphere
