waited till it stopped raining and went out. Got caught in a heavy rain shower and came home soaked through not happy.

Today I finished painting boat. only 3 months late then. Actually thats quite a result. Anyway when I finished I went to Lidl. They have new 'instore' bakery. Thought it would just be like the other supermarkets, but no! Trust me, some lovely products here. Crusty rolls 5 for 75p, bigger than wagon wheels, hehe, actually crusty as opposed to burnt (Tescosts), just eat the last one, just butter in it, yummy.

We have friends coming round today and we are all going out for an Italian meal as its our Kates 15th birthday, crikey where the hell has all them years gone.

Went to a pub never been to before, it was reasonable, near where he was staying and had half decent write ups, but wasn't all that. The girls dinners were nice but our lamb was tough. I had a string off the meat in mine and the service was very slow. But I have been to worse and thanks Reg for treating us.
The trouble is with the festival most pubs are fully booked and very pricey. The average one in that area main courses start at 16 quid, a decent steak starts around £21 for an 8oz. You then have veg on top. I think that is OK but they are still only pubs.

Sounds nice V, you can´t beat a fresh crusty roll with butter. Nowt else needed

Iv'e got my son-in-law and daughter coming round at 11.00 o'clock. He's bought a new Nikon SLR camera and he's going to show me how it works, 'cos I fancy one of them SLR doodahs as well!

As we all know money is no problem for Reg I reakon his prices will go up next week to Goodwood prices . Should have stayed with the Chicken .

Well, my son-in-law came round and showed me his new camera, so I went all green and had to go and get one too. Got myself a nice little DSLR bundle, a Canon EOS 1100D with a 18-55 lens and also came with a 75-300 lens, a bag and a 8Gb HD Sandic Extreme card (rated 10 for nice sharp movies apparently). All I need to do now is figure out how to work it!

Could have had a fortnight at Reg's for that money.

Going to get the suitcases down from the attic and start packing for the holidays. We leave the suitcases open on the floor so the kids can throw in whatever they want during the coming week.

Have managed to find one and have ordered it. The cheese board is a personalized slate one. I just wanted to add a knife inside the presentation box.

I went to the dentist, she stuck 2 injections up through the top of me head. I had to have my Gold Crown re done, ouch, eyes watered.
