Re: What are you doing today??
Booked flights last night all done, then check email this morning for confirmation. AIRLINE have put the fair up by £300 quid, confirmation not gone through cheapest return now is £386 each, they must be joking no feck will bother. Most are over 360 one way.
Its the start of school holidays and its been raining in Britain, lets rip them off.
Shame as it will be their demise as people just have not got the finance, nor will they pay it. I can get a return to usa cheaper.
Going to look at shite packages, not use the hotel just the flight.

Unfortunately they're all at that.
I use Aer Lingus all the time and booked my flight for October at roughly 180euro...my mum was looking at Tenerife for a week and AL are looking near 500euro pp ...daylight robbery.

Re: What are you doing today??
Why are people paying it as the flights are being booked. You then have all the extra's. I am probably looking at having to fork out £360 each for ours, but with no flexibility.CaribeCelt wrote:Yeah I was talking flight only too.

Re: What are you doing today??
Monarch have flights from LGW to TFS for £109 returning with Fly Thomas Cook on 27th £69
Better look quick because TC has just gone up 20.00 since I first checked.

Re: What are you doing today??
No what's happening here is they are showing prices but as you go to book they have doubled, then when you do book you get confirmation that you haven't been successful and need to start again, more dollar. THEY ARE SCAMMING.

Re: What are you doing today??
Give up or bite the bullet mate, I have given up. Sure it will be back to normal come the second half of August. Cheapest I found was Birmingham Ryanair out and Monarch back for that week. But that was a few days ago. Good day I'm having on ebay though, hehe.

I'm doing exactly the same as you! The flies are particularly bad at the moment, and driving our Boxer dog nuts., But as they follow him... he wants to come in the office and sit by me so I get the little blighters too!
Very very busy day today... mainly data entry, and updating mailing lists, and forgetting to eat lunch... but will be stopping soon.
Don't melt tonight people! x
