Gee thanks folks, Yes not much sleep, I text the other brother to say i had been down the hospital and the doctor said pretty much the same, For once he seemed a decent young doctor too, he spent time with Janet and me and tried to make it easy, So i will change my thoughts on the NHS for now, I put a ps on my text - "Oh by the way i got his watch and gold ring" just cant help myself

Going to a BBQ been told the food is tripe but the company will be good to make up for it.

No news on the brother front, but they are not giving him anything, water or helping him breath etc,
I have seen this before where a good friends son had a motor bike crash, they kept him alive so the family can gather round and say goodbye, Doc said he wouldnt be much use if he came round,
so probably the best plan all round, Cat or a Dog would have been put down by now,  
63 is not much of a life, But if ever there was a runt of the litter then he was it,
I was born lucky for sure, Janet never had much time for him either but she is quiet today, dont know if thats for me or her, The other brother has switched on Mr nice too, Funny old world innit,

Fab night, with great company - met Grandad for the first time what a lovely old man.  Hope to meet him again soon.

Still stuffed from last night, the food was wonderful don´t think I will be having my toast this morning, probably won´t be having lunch either!!.

We must get a recipe thread on here I loved the tomatoes stuffed with cheese.  Simple but delicious.

Going to do a bit of unpaid overtime this morning and drive to Glasgow in my wee car to get a man to sign a wayleave so we can put a pole in his garden. Can't get him during the week as he works to about 6 and he lives about 40 miles away from me!

OT then Cam, nice one.
Tomatoes..........cut large Tom in half, then put 5-6 slices almost all the way through. put slices of Mozarella and Gouda cheese in the cuts, alternately. Sprinkle with fresh chopped garlic and black pepper, Bake for one hour on med/low oven.
Beach today.

Tomatoes, cut an inch cross on the top, take a small fork or knife and stab the inside of the tomato several times being careful not to pierce skin, insert crushed garlic, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil in to tomato and stab again to mix contents, roast for about half an hour...
