Pork probably. Has anyone seen those suckling pigs in the vacuum packs in the larger supermarkets? Al Campo comes to mind. Mmmmmmm, too big for my little combo oven though, shame.

Val made us a lovely meal a few nights back , it was one of those hairy biker guys diet meals , "chicken and chorizo casserole" ,it was really delicious, it was superb, it had roasted peppers, shallots, vine tomatoes and of course chicken and chorizo seasoned with paprika and oregano, it was the tastiest meal for a long while
