got my list of foods to avoid from intolerance. Nearly all dairy products though allowed goats cheeses and skimmed milk in tea. No coffee ever again. No bananas ( Kev, you were right) or ham/pork ( too much salt apparently). No carrots, corn, mushrooms ( I love mushrooms 
) or parsnips but all other veg allowed. No durum wheat but 4/5 slice of wholemeal bread a day. She is encouraging to breakfast with oatmeal porridge. No spuds for 2 weeks but will reintroduce them at a later date but certainly not at the level i was eating them ( was partial to roast and baked potatoes and chips). It sounds like it is very strict but I dont mind if It gets rid of the exhaustion.
