Its the Sothebys arts centre ?, big underground carpark that will flood, cafe on the roof and i have no idea how they got permission to build it, it was an old villa behind the wall of the carpark that was there, I cant see much of it from where i am and thank god, they cant build in front of me because its the beach, rule is no building within 60 mtrs of the front, but that dont apply if there was a building there already,
shame really because they could have extended the walkway to el camison beach,
shocking state of affairs really,
