I'm sat firing emails of to solicitors who think they can mess with me,
It wont be the first time i have taken one on, and i doubt it will be the last,
one condition is i have to send a draft to Janet before i send them, dont know what she is thinking

So to summarize on the solicitor front the weasel that runs a branch of the solicitors that has been smart arsing me for weeks, today i sent to a senior partner at head office a list of all emails from him and me,
he put the time and date on all his after i complained about his lack of communication just to prove a point, emails have time and date anyway but he wants to be clever and it shows,
I also reminded him that i have 2 more conveyances to do in the next couple of months and he wont be doing it, just so his boss see's it too,

Raining today. Cleared out workshop and store shed. Found a few tools I had been looking for. Plus a 14mm socket and extension bar to replenish my socket set as I lost those yesterday in Skegness, under the boat engne in all the oil and shite. Magnet wouldnt retrieve.

Further to my spat with solicitors this afternoon i received an email from a senior partner asking if his man had resolved the dispute,, No far from it, i dispute your mans terms of events and at the moment i do not have the spare time your man seems to have to go over all the emails,
one thing i will tell you is the phone calls  we had from Tenerife starting on the 12th of December have been left out, My first call was to say what the purchase was, how much it was and the name of the vendors solicitor, It takes 4 to 6 weeks to transfer legal title of property, I told him i dont want a survey, i dont want any search's and i dont need a mortgage, Proceed with speed,
Your man has been tossing it off to say the least, and if i did lose this house because of him i will be taking legal action, lucky for me the family do not wish to start the ball rolling with another purchaser,,
Your man is a kent with a capital K and i will be dealing with him by other means after next week when we get over the finish line,
Yes i am still boiling mad and you a senior partner think his handling of this is ok,

Going to Cavan for Eileen's niece's 18th birthday party. She was born 4 weeks after my brother died. Her mum was only 26 weeks gone. She weighed just over 1.5 lbs. Tiny little thing that would fit into the palm of your hand. She's now 5'9" and full of attitude. I shall allow her to buy me a pint I think.
