Last night we circumnavigated the M25 along with hundreds of other MGF cars with hoods down. The stars were out and it was about 4c but surprisingly wasnt that cold inside the car. Yes, what a silly thing for grown men to do.

Walked from Hotel to Cheltenham town centre. Got lost a few times, had to nip into a pub when I got caught short. Had a nice meal in Copa of Cheltenham. Got lost again. Saw a nice fountain with Neptune in it. Got lost again and eventually got back to hotel. Great fun walking round strange place in the dark!

Going to throw the feckin' satnav out the feckin' window shortly. it's telling me to take turnings at roundabouts that don't exist and to turn right in 50 yds when there's no feckin' road there. Just spent a stressful half hour going round the centre of Cheltenham.

I've actually got a garmin at home but I just took my works phone with me. It has an in-built sat-nav called Co-Pilot. It's usually pretty good but I'm not sure if it updates itself automatically.

I have an old Garmin that needs updating, tells me to turn left ahead when its just a bend.

Just had a shower and will be going down for brekkies soon. I had a full English yesterday so I'll have something different today, poached egg on toast or summat...I think we may be going to look at Gloucester Cathedral today then down to the Quays. Barmaid's from there and she says there are nice restaurants along there now.
