Waving from Lanzarote

Hiya. I know I've already steamed in and posted a little on other threads - but I thought I'd better do the intro thing too.

I am Elle (obviously) and I live in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote... with my hubby (Alan) and our 3 bouncing dogs.

I am yet to visit Tenerife, although we do have friends there (the lovely Stephen and Cathy in Los Cristianos). Alan has been a couple of times now. He went once for just a couple of hours to pick up a yacht with a friend... and then recently he walked across Tenerife (more like diagonally left) for charity as part of his "Siete Islas" walk.

I do have a couple of business interests in Tenerife (online) but I'm not here to give you a sales pitch.

Right - I have LOADS to do today... so I shall say "hasta pronto" and pop in later on.

Yes topdog - sure will. No doubt we'll be staying in Los Cristianos... but will tour about a bit. La Gomera is first on our list... but we could probably sashay in on our way home xx

Hello again Elle , thanks for the lovely introduction. If you ever do meet any of the reprobates on here, you'll have a great time. They are a great bunch of people and most are partial to a wee "dwink" as Cru would say!

Ha ha ha. Actually Guinness is one of my favourite tipples! I don't drink it here very often, as it doesn't travel well - and most places tend to do that shite "can on a metal plate" rubbish! It needs to be within gobbin' distance of the Liffey really. My daughter in law is from Dublin... so I'm sorted if we head over.

Nah me not loaded, my kids buy me a bottle for my Birthday and Christmas every year, £100 a bottle, bloody lovely stuff.I am only a short jog from Pompey and actually spent many a moon in the dock yard and across the way at Gosport, in me Navy days.
