Tell me about it Vince. I could probably do the shocks but the cheapest I can get them is 250 Plus vat. It would take me most of a day to do them so paying the extra 70 euro is probably worth it. The timing belt, I wouldn't have a clue about and would be hostage to fortune on that one. What are you doing today?? - Page 16 1498946960. Anyway, not my problem anymore What are you doing today?? - Page 16 3318427985 What are you doing today?? - Page 16 3318427985

Just a note...you know a cam shaft with the offset bits to lift the pistons...well my name in Gaelic is Cam Beul or "crooked mouth" (of a river, so don't start!). Point being the "cam" part is crooked. just like a cam-shaft. Interesting innit? No, it's not really I suppose...I'm bored. What are you doing today?? - Page 16 1498946960

Your thinking of the crankshaft that lifts the pistons, With the con rods connecting them, Con being short for connecting ,A camshaft opens the valves either with a push rod (Old school) under the camshaft, Or overhead camshaft, first with a cam follower and secondly a rocker arm or shaft, Can be variable too ie honda, A cambelt is used to join the crank and cam together in a certain order, Loose that order and it becomes expensive,

What are you doing today?? - Page 16 811500621 Went to a new store that opened in Dunfermline called B&M and bought Mermaid a brand new ironing board! What are you doing today?? - Page 16 434072145 (I spoil that girl...). BT gave us a £5 voucher for Sainsbugs for being great workers and upping their profits to umpteen billion (so that's fair then...). Mermaid bought a wee ashet dish thingy for making lasagne in (she likes lasagne). My parker pen cartridge had run out so I bought a twin pack of refills, went to change them in the car and got ink all over me feckin' hand from the old one! What are you doing today?? - Page 16 891431278 Went to a wee pub called the Balgeddie Toll tavern for a meal What are you doing today?? - Page 16 2055040530 and I had Prawn marie-rose with scampi platter and chips. Mermaid had lasagne, but it was a wee bit tepid in the middle...she didn't say anything though. I was sat 3 feet from an open gas fire behind me (looked like a real log one, nice it was), nearly burnt me arse off, girl had to turn it down 6 notches to "furnace" setting...back home now.
