well my visit to the hospital Just confirmed that their is a minor alignment problem which they are not concerned with. Told me to eat soft food,wear my soft gum shield all the time unless eating. Relax and concentrate on not grinding my teeth. I don't grind my teeth. Come back in 8 weeks. Take painkillers for the pain. Waste of time visit again.

Macie is back again so as it is raining and as we have been out everyday this week,we will have a day in I think. Things might change though

Just about to go shopping, and get servicing stuff for Patsys car which she has just got back after her crash. Looks very nice from the rear now, the car that is, very shiny. Freddie works part time in a shop owned by Reggies favourite people, boss has just rung him. 'Are you coming in to work today?' 'No, its my birthday innit.' Good job they wont employ the Eastern Europeans then.

Just finished sending last of e-mails to work. That's me off 'til a week next Tuesday! Yipee! Off to Orkney tomorrow, looking forward to seeing some place different. I'll send photos after each day's touring.
