Re: What are you doing today??
Berriedale en route to ferry terminal at Gill's Bay...
Whaligoe steps...330 steps built into the cliff so the fishermen could land their catches 250 feet below in a small inlet
the winch for hauling the boats onto the rocks in bad weather...
the iron cauldron where tar was melted to seal the nets and floats
the fire grate which was kindled under the cauldron...
Mermaid at John O' Groats...
and playing on the kiddie's swings...

Re: What are you doing today??
Resting my weary limbs - I'm getting to old to be doing all these crazy rides, Space Mountain, Aerosmith, Tower of Terror. Crush's Coaster etc. But will not be beaten by a 12 year old!! First time to Euro Disney, didn't think it would be big enough to fill 4 days but we still didn't manage to to everything a second time. If anyone else like me thinks it is only a second rate Florida forget it. Superb and booking through the Disney website everything was really well organised and sooo smooth.

H get yourself on the Whitby boat trip and take a bag with some lentil soup in it. Half way out pretend to puke and drop the bag, sit back watch them all hang over the side.

Re: What are you doing today??
I went with Jan and 2 friends it was choppy. When we hit the cross current, everyone was hanging over the side, so I got me purpose filled hip flask out, "have a swig of this will make you feel better, filled with JD, which has a horrid smell if someone feels sick"

Re: What are you doing today??
Today Mathew not much, A bit of rubber hose arrived for a Ford Gallaxy, Maybe a foot long, £196, Bargain, Wrong hose so thats going back, Tuesday before the other comes, So i couldnt do that job today, Swopped stabilisers on the grandaughters bike to her other one, She didnt like that so i swopped them back again, Raised her seat - Nah didnt like that either, So i put it back down, Pretty boring today then,
