Just back from doing energy audit. Lady wants house insulated, ( attic done in glasswool and beads in wall cavity), 5 of her windows replaced, some pipes lagged and 2 stove fitted AND THEN I'd go back and do a 2nd survey and give her a final certificate,all before Xmas. Good luck with that. Told her, if she was really in a rush that I could do the stoves for her . She is going out today to buy them. I love Xmas.

and lagging pay a lad a few quid, you dont wanna be messing with rock wool with your history of getting ill. Don't mean that funny either.

No no, I'm just doing the stoves and the energy audit. I've recommend a friend of mine to do the insulation. If he gets the job, he'll bung me a few quid.

It's true but there is far more on here about Scotland than Tenerife or any other place :puzzled:
