Feckin glasses must have been bad if you couldn't read the small print in the first place

We never read small print until its too late, I only just bought some in April, but we was in town and it said 2 for 1 £79, so i thought i'l get prescription sun glasses and some more reading glasses, that was August, £340 later i thought i had all singing all dancing glasses, I noticed a scratch on the reading glasses so i thought i remember the suntan lad saying i payed for scratch proof lenses, Nah, Scratch resistent ?, What is the point of that ?,

Finally got to the complaints, told them what the script was, inc stroppy practice manager, Black mark against him whatever happens, If i get a moaner i try to put things right, but if that cant be done i just give them their money back, Customer is always right even when there not, But some take it personal, Its Boots for pity's sake, not abdul from the corner shop, , How many people will i tell that there a load of crap. Well York was fridge city, Blady frozen i am, Who's idea was that, Got the Train time wrong so stood on the platform for 30 minutes, I looked at Janet and said "And you want me to use public transport more often" I said "We could have gone in the car with the heated seats on five" .. In York there was a guy in some stupid outfit putting on a show for the kids, Lexie sat there with Janet, I said" I'm off in the shop to look at jackets", So next minute i'm in the shop window behind this guy pulling faces, Bloke in the crowd shouted "Look out he's behind you"
