couple of jobs to do the start clearing/cleaning my van. It has its DOE ( M.O.T.) on Wednesday.

The trouble being you think your in the UK and if it doe's go wrong you can get your money back Nah it dont work like that, Kev asked if i had a good solicitor - nah i said he is a thief too, also do not go on recommendation that means 10% commision to somebody, I said before my recommended solicitor lost £20k somewhere and didnt think it was a problem, I said right then i'm off to the hacienda - inland revenue, Next day it turned up, then the cheeky bleeder said i dont want to act for you again, Bovered, Last i heard he had layed off staff, not enough work , Now i could have sent Kev there, Educated people yes. street wise nah

Tiredness back with a bang. Must have overdone things last week with the trees and scaffolding. . Have to bring my van to the D.O.E. ( M.O.T). He'll tell me "You should have listened to Reg pal and bought a Hiace". And I have to get 3 new tyres and get the tracking done beforehand.

Arrived on the Island safely had one
Full day having a wee refreshment and
Listening to Geds Rod Stewart act!
Going down to the pool for a wee bit of
Sunbathing and breaky!

Hope you feel better D. Yes Gypsy house sold in UK. Came here to rent but Jan loves a place we have seen as we also looked at places to buy. We like it and suits needs but doing it on our terms. Just need a good notary as the big man says

There used to be a notary in San Eugenio who was good we used him when we came but he was old then so may no longer be around. If you stand with your back to the main entrance he was on the lst level on right-hand side. Sorry can´t think of his name.

Back from the van test.. Have worn ball joints, a front shock that is 1% over the failure grade, tinted windows that are too dark, Headlights that are shininh too low. All in all, 500 euro worth of failures . However, as I am going to purchase the parts myself online, I reckon I'll bring down that price by 200 at least

It's Here. Across from Los Alisios. Carry on uphill from Vince and Howard's pub Yelas on the Funchal strip.

Los Clavelas, we stayed there when we were signing for our house so it's been a while but it was a really nice complex.

Near where we stayed last week.

SUN SOMETHING LAST WEEK, IT WAS NICE. Looks shabby but lovely apartment. This week we are in the sticks, surrounded by Krauts.
