Lunch? Luxury! I made do with the badger bristle off ma sporran!  

I had homemade cornbeef hash for lunch.

I didnt bother today, I run on adrenalin

Just back from a cruise to the Cliffs of Moher and Inisheer ( one of the Aran islands ). Was feckin scorching. I put factor 30 on 5 times between 11am and 5.15pm and I still got burnt. Did I mention I got a great deal, 27 euro for the 5 of us which included a trip to the island and then half hour viewing the cliffs and sea stacks on the way back.

Bargain Dermo! It pissed down when I was there, I couldn't see the sea from the car park!

suffering. got pains in my legs last night particularly down my shins. Think it was because I was getting used to my new trainers. put deep heat on my legs not realising I had feckin sunburn.   Had feck all sleep. now I'm on hands and knees ripping old tiles off a floor. Its hot, my legs are sore and my underpants are wringing wet.

hahaha no Im keeping them out of that bit trying to grow the weeds for when we are away lol, they roam around the garden its been lovely weather here and they are loving it lol.

I had two lovely visitors this afternoon, shame they could not stay longer but they were collecting some old sea dog that was skiving from the UK.

They came bearing gifts, really yummy looking biscuits, some sweet, some savoury (secret recipes as you don´t know who is lurking) but all good stuff which humans could happily eat and my two snobby girls turned their noses up at their special presents.  Jan is looking at making them as healthy doggy treats.  I then took some to a neighbour and her dog wolfed them down and was jumping up for more so I think once they have done their costings they could have a successful venture on their hands.

Went to see my folks today. Was only home an hour when my brother rang to say my mum has been carted off somewhere by ambulance. Have to travel again now. Neighbours staying with my dad but we don't know what hospital my mum has been brought to. Strangely, an ambulance passed me with lights on travelling to other direction shortly after I left my folks house. My mum was pouring water into herself all day. I'm just wondering if she overdid it. Will keep you posted

Hope she's OK Dermo. Strange that, Trish went to bed when I came in today complaining of headaches and feeling sick. I think maybe she's got sunstroke, I hope that's all your mam's got and she gets better soon.

Not travelling after all. Brother and dad going to the hospital. Mum started vomiting, feeling weak and short of breath shortly after I left. She did eat quite a lot of salad while I was there on top of a huge amount of fluid. hopefully she just overdid things.
