Going to my folks. My mum is now being treated for dementia as well as my Dad. My brother is coming in from the Isle of Man so we'll knock our heads together. after that, heading to Cavan to see Eileen's mum, who is in a home there. She hasn't spoken a word in months though smiles every now and again. Its Eileen's turn to mind her brother who is severely autistic. He gets out of his home/work on bank holiday weekends so there has to be someone there to mind him. Full of the joys of Easter me!

This is not hacked they have spoofed my email address, which means it doesnt get sent from me but looks like it does. Somehow they get your address book, not sure how.

Well more a question of what we aint doing today, our Thursday Quiz, bar phone goes last night, landlady answers, word soon spreads, it's the brother of the lad who hosted the quiz informing the landlady his brother won't be doing the quiz,,, he found him dead last Friday morning...
The guy (Alan) was in his early sixtys, knew his age cos can recall him saying a year or so back the payout he got when made redundant would keep him going untill his pention kicked in when he was sixty-five, we've been doing the quiz for about three and a half years so sort of felt as if we knew the guy.

That is a sad story Adam, it sounds as if he topped himself rather than died through an illness. One of you will have to take over the quiz in memory of him.

The landlady had asked cause of death, brother said they didn't know as yet, still heading down there tonight, suspect other teams will be unaware and turn up as normal.

As for carrying on the quiz, suspect landlord will try to get a replacement as it brings in business on a Thursday night, what I am going to suggest until that possibly happens is that one member of each team makes up and hosts the quiz on a weekly rotation.

Dogs haircuts today and tonight quiz - we won last week so fingers crossed for tonight, we only have €65 in the new kitty so not even a meal for each team member at the Golden Arches at the mo.

Thanks all yes really bad neck, she gets it this bad sometimes, but this wasn't even a fall. Went over a speed bump, bit slow, it was one of those stupid high ones and that was it
