She was one that made me choke up - professionally sort out her clothes and hair and she will look top dollar she has lovely eyes as well as a fantastic voice. and also the coloured girl I could feel the tears prickling behind my eyes. I hope they both do really well tonight.

Oportunity knocks. Good job that Hughie Green died, he'd have been helping the police with their enquiries I bet. Pressure washers been out. Patsys been babysitting and has a big box of Thorntons. :Chocolate:

Re: What are you doing today??
Went to a smashing wee village called Scotlandwell today to visit the well from whence it got it's name. (The well is ancient and was used by the Romans who called it by the Latin name "Fons Scotiae").
A local landowner built the stonework surrounding the well in 1858 as by that time it had degraded to a quagmire...
This was it in it's heyday as a working well where the women of the village drew their water from...
Steps for easy access were laid down...
The bubbly bits on the bottom are where the water springs are located and have flowed unchecked for thousands of years..
A wee steel cup chained to the wall for thirsty passers-by to have a refreshing cold drink...
The drain that takes the overflow away...
This shows the easy access to the well as compared to ancient times when the place was a muddy quagmire...

Re: What are you doing today??
Morning all, yet more paperwork today in the neverending pile. This time baby Jack to two court hoses. ne because Sadie and Stu not married, then back to our local to register too. Then Granadilla for him, sad that you have to do so much with a young one in tow, should be possible just with parental proof. Totally agree with all correct registration and it should be so in UK, get rid of a lot of the wrong sort, which is to Spain's credit.

I'm waiting on the grass drying so I can attack it with the mower. Need to strim all the edges and weed the mono-blocks...

Round-up you want. Not from B&Q though. Agricultural suppliers, proper stuff.
