We've got to drop off all the baby stuff at our daughters today, pram, baby seat, high chair etc., as she will have Brodie tomorrow while we are off on our jollies. Plus Macie's birthday pressies. Looks more like Christmas there's so many!

I was at a quiz with Eoghan this evening. I corrected the guy calling out the questions twice. the first time was
How do you spell Psoriasis, ( the guy obviously didn't spell it out ). He said it was a skin condition that was very itchy and sore. Answer, according to the judges was C I R R H O S I S. I had to object as they are two entirely separate afflictions .
The second one was "What organisation is housed in Holyrood Palace? Answer, according to the judges was "The Scottish Parliament". "Wrong" I said, "the Scottish Parliament is directly opposite Holyrood House. It address is actually Horse Wynd". ( I noticed this when over there ealier this year). "The only organisation in the palace would be when the Queen is having guests over for a garden party."
Eoghan's team won in the end. They got 50 euro each
I left with the impression that the judges didn't like me
