They both seperately gave me the smoking lecture and the bloody nurse, so I nod and say yes I am trying. 
Well I have cut down somewhat. They didnt mention alcohol so I wasnt going to mention that to them...........
Stopped at LIDL on the way back cos I have been studying the frozen large turkeys. They are all the same price but the biggest is 7.2kg. Bingo, spotted one.
Reckon I may make Christmas day now.............
