Just ordered a HD Firestick from Amazon. Won't be long until SKY gets the old heave ho. Already have free movies on Netflix from my son-in-law.

Poor kids gonna have a complex, everyone does something special for their kids/grandkids birthdays, cake, candles, banners, balloons etc, what dose grandad Brodie do, takes down the decorations...

He had his birthday in his own house. Had to make two trips from the car with his pressies!

All we got is a tree, some cards and tinsel round the mirror. 
More than enough in my opinion. Dropped in at Morrisons in Downham Market for some £4kg roast beef. They had plenty but only allowed 4 per customer. 4 biggest bits then. 
The Christmas puds were half price, got a couple. Tonight its Turkey curry and tomorrow deep fried Turkey limbs and thats it, gone. Phew.

Had frost over most of my back yard all day. Brake pipe spanners arrived today so I set to....... It did indeed grip the nut so it undone but in the process snapped the brake pipe. Other end of the brake line wont shift so far but I have dosed it with WD40 so fingers crossed. Just so happens I bought some brake line and a flaring tool couple of years back for my Merc but in the end got MOT place to do it but I thought I would have a practice and make a flare. Success! Just need to get the old one off now without breaking any more bits. Scrabbling about under cars is getting hard for me now, and this bloody weathers not helping.

Went up town to the sales today. Nothing doing, it's all just daft sizes like 3xXL or size 11 shoes/boots etc. Treated myself to a wee bottle of Earol that holds about 2 tea spoonfuls for £5.99.

Again you are uninformed the rail and tram network has been integrated so now one ticket takes you from lets say Stow and that will take you to the airport, just change from one to the other
