We've just handed Macie over to her mum. I'm knackered!
She likes me to carry her and dance up and down while singing silly nursery songs! That's her 'til Monday now. I'll get some rest over the weekend and build my strength up for the next instalment.

Have today been refurbing little low loader trailer to collect motor bike from Surrey. Its supposed to be for Freddie but I DO like the look of it.

Yeah, the waste from the kitchen sink goes into a "soak pit" i.e. a hole dug in the ground and back filled with gravel before covering with soil. The pit is caked with grease and the water isn't seeping away like it should. Going to run the kitchen waste directly into the sewer drain and let it flow into the septic tank. Would have to do this anyway in the nexr couple of years due to new regulations.

Oh dear flight was delayed by an hour so just got home and rushed in, opened all the windows, put the fans on as it is still 25C. Had a great time on holiday but in the words of Dorothy...

Looks like our old stray cat is on her last legs. She has been a bit off last few days. Don't know how old she is as we took her in 5-6 years back almost dead in the street. She is very frail and just lately eaten less than normal. Always been a happy cat though but tonight she is just lying there and squeaking at us. Think she will pass on over night, but she has had 5-6 extra and very good years, Tigger will miss his punch ups with her.

I loaded the car up (back seats folded down for more room) with stuff to take to the coup. I got rid of a china cabinet, an old hi-fi, a knackered laptop, an ironing board and and old carpet and some other stuff which I couldn't identify. Wee bit more room in the spare room now, or there would have been but for Macie's high chair, cot, toys etc...
