Re: What are you doing today??
Booked 3 nights in Edinburgh from the 13th Feb. I need this break badly what with all the shite I'm dealing with at the moment.Got flights and accommodation for £420 for the 5 of us. Well happy with that. Our apartment is 2 minute walk away from Leith Walk. Have to make up my mind now whether or not to hire a car. Think i might just hire one for 1 day. I want to go out to Roslyn Chapel and across the Forth Bridge. Must meet up with Cam and Mermaid ( and Searcher too if he's about)

Yeah, got the PM Cam. Thanks a million. It took me 4 attempts to book the flights with Ryanair. They had some problem with their server. I was so pissed off by the end that I didn't notice that I booked the early morning flight to Edinburgh leaving at 6.20am. instead of 1.30 pm. Now, we'll have 6 hours to kill cos we can't get into the apartment until 2.00pm. ( and it means leaving our house at 3 o'clock in the morning ) . At least it makes up our mind to hire the car for 3 days. We'll go to see Roslyn that first morning I think.
P.S. If you ever need me to arrange a forum meet up, no problem.

Re: What are you doing today??
Dermo! we get back from Tenerife on the 5th so could fit sometime in with you , but will leave arrangements till we return, good idea about doing Roslin first as it is an easy run from the airport ,city by-pass to Straiton and 5 mins more to the chapel and a straight road back into town, anyway will make arrangements later to my home town

Cheeky git! Dermo, I've got those 3 days off so we'll defo meet up for one of them somewhere. Just took Macie back to her mum's and I'm now having an early tea as it's tonight we're going to Les Miserables at the pictures. (Cannae wait!). I'm going to get a big family sized tub of popcorn all to myself!

I have a popcorn fettish, I dream of having no trousers on and sitting in a big bucket of popcorn,
I once had a therapy session where the quack says a word and you have to say the first thing that comes into your head, after 5 minutes he asked me to leave ,

That's the one! (One flew over the cuckoo's nest, Reg.) Aw man! Les Mis was great! I was nearly greetin'! The whole cinema burst into applause when it finished! (I think I've discovered my feminine side. ).

I'm waitng on hand and foot today, Have you noticed joiners measure things a few time before they cut anything,
Measure twice cut once they say, But they never order enought materials, Andy just had me going for more timber because he messed the estimate up, he doe's it everytime, always a saturday morning just before they close, then i jet off to pick Lexie up, soon Janet will want to go somewhere too, I should drive a blady taxi like the rest of my family did ,

Re: What are you doing today??
Be like my Bro, Reg. He has so much timber, big oak beams. He just bought his old mates house. This was a right country boy who died, house a right mess. He is living in a massive caravan on site and has virtually pulled the house down. He is re building as a 5 bed cottage. Massive great summerhouse as storage, he just built bigger than most houses.
