Re: What are you doing today??
Just off to Screwfix in a minute to get a flexible coupling for the new toilet I was supposed to fit today. Now you would think that the bit that comes out the back would be the same distance from the wall eh? No! 2 inches shorter. £18 down the loo then. On the way back I will chill out a bit in the pub. Hope Patsy doesnt put the washing machine on tonight. There will be a bit of a flood!

Re: What are you doing today??
Just booked a flight home tomorrow. Gatwick 576 each. Luton 68 pound each(well Ryannair so add on 25 euro each booking fee and 17 euro each card fee so about 100 quid each, late book hotel Luton for 2 and train down another 100 quid, so 150 each instead of 576. Theiving bar stewards all round. Whats all that charging with Ryannair, thought it was banned and not total but each person. Card charge how else can you pay, oh yeah paypal, tried it, sorry booking is too close for paypal booking.

I managed to get through the day without killing somebody, I need a holiday, One pulled out right in front of me today and i actully asked myself how much the car i was in was worth, i was just going to ram straight into the cheeky bleeding private hire driver, where do they think they are , Dibble captured one today near us in a micra delivering pizza, no seat belt and it looked like the car wasnt taxed, anyway it got hauled off and somebody didnt get their tea, Its getting like the wild west,

Re: What are you doing today??
Howdy doody.
Up early this morning as eldest dog was barking. We have Alan's Dad here at the moment... which is lovely of course.
Have done some work already.... and advised a chappie who is moving to Lanzarote. Plus have been chatting to the foreman who is working on a house in the village. Turns out he's a Tenerife boy!
Still on my low carb diet. It has gone well, but the inches loss seems to be levelling out now. Having bacon butties shortly - so that's my one day of carbs used up.
Hope everyone is well! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Yeah I have one bacon butty a week... and that's the only bread that I eat now. I can eat as much bacon as I like though... as it's no/low carb xx

So Ryanair have an agent they use they confirm our booking, ticket email to follow. No ticket, email them, no answer. Phone ryanair, our booking has been cancelled but we can rebook for ,300euro more. Now booked elsewhere for Monday morning

I dont understand how you can slag off Ryanair like that. If you have used a third party thats your fault. Ryanair.com is easily accessed from any internet point in Tenerife and the price on the screen is the price you pay + about 2% for the card. If you want to pay extra for priority queue and luggage thats your fault not theirs.
