Theres nowt wrong with the NHS but the tories want to improve it with 24 hour GPs. Morons. I've got a better idea, charge a tenner to make an appointment, and another tenner when the feckers dont turn up. Problem, not that there is one, solved. Dennis Skinner was on the radio this afternoon. Proper polititian.
