Cant do press ups, no arm strength at all with the diabetis, legs are fine for some reason 
I used to take Lex down to the park and do the monkey bars but thats buggered now,
I bought some weights to use while sat about but got nowhere with them,
just ran to the shop and back no problem. apart from the papers getting wet

Today Mathew I'm meeting my mates in a nice warm pub to watch the football on a big screen tv where you see all the replays of fouls, goals etc while you sink a few beers,,, meanwhile Dermo will be freezing his tits of at Old Trafford...

Guy next door to me has his own bussines, he has four seats at Old Trafford that he uses to entertain his customers, on match days if he wasn't doing corporate he would still go to the matches as he's a big United fan, on these occasions knowing I was a United supporter he would occasionally ask me if I wanted to go,,, now I've been to Old Trafford a few times, so what would go through my mind was nice warm pub with replays on tv and beer, or was that offside or not, freezing, and no beer, mmmm, sorry Jim gotta go shopping with missus today...
