If it's on the pavement, you've no chance. They need a Wayleave for anywhere else. And even then, if they say that's the only place it can go, you're fecked as well...

Put a classified ad on ebay for Patsys silly Beetle earlier this evening. Logged on tonight to see its had 98 views already. Wow, pretty good then. Then I noticed my phone number was wrong, one digit out! I blame these fat fingers god gave me.
Met Vanessa Viagra when I was out in Tenerife. She wont remember me though. I have never met anyone so pissed! Kev done the gentlemanly thing and took her home in a cab.

Re: What are you doing today??
There has been a cervical scandal here where some diagnoses were given as false clear. These tests were run a second time but doctors in some cases never told the patients. As a result , more than 200 women have cancer, 10 have already died, due to the mismanagement of the whole thing. The dept of Health, made a complete feck up in dealing with the situation and as a result, thousands of women had to go for retests. This has created a backlog.
The family curse has struck again. My niece who moved back from austria and purchased this place here
She had a test done 6 months ago and the results only came back Wednesday ( should normally take 7 to 10 days). She has to report to oncology immediately. I was actually down at their new place last night, and she never said a thing. My brother rang this morning with the news. feck me but my family has had its fair share of hardship already. Kinda wondering if it will ever stop to be honest. Anyway, those of you on Facebook, say nowt, we wont be broadcasting this until she is good and ready

Bad news.
Did you read of that young woman in Tenerife who died of cancer, OH faces over 20 grand legal costs to get his share of their business because they were never married and as it stands all goes to her family. Just dont know what is round the corner.

You would have thought a Catholic country like Spain would have been "marriage orientated".

Re: What are you doing today??
Putting off tackiling my staircase. My niece has gone to oncology this morning here in Galway. They have a centre of excellence for cancer on the grounds of Eileen's hospital. My brother and his mrs are there along with Sinead ( niece ) and Bernhard ( boyfriend). I told them to call to me if they want but my niece wants life to be as normal as possible so I'm not ever sure if she knows that I know.
Have to go to a presentation next Friday. An award in Irish ( language) drama has been named in my mother's honour. My brother was originally meant to go but he's obviously got other things on his mind.

Best wishes for your niece and family Dermo. I've always been a pessimist, just as well Mermaid is the opposite, she always sees the bright side of things. Hoping everything works out fine Dermo and what a great honour on your mother's part!

Re: What are you doing today??
Great news!!!! There seems to have been a mix up. Secondary biopsies were done and came back clear of carcinoma ( which was the result of first tests). Only trouble is, if there was a mix up, then, some other poor woman thinks she got the all clear???
