Re: What are you doing today??
Its quite simple, you can have 3 people wanting quotes and all will be different because some have far too much money and you want to relieve them of some and some people are skint members and you dont really want to deal with them because it will be hard work, try to work out by looking at folk and how smart they dress and where they live also ask what business they are in and work out how well off they are, try to make them like you by having a laugh and joke and pal them up, when you leave they will think what a nice man i would like to give him the job, all those written and well researched estimates are a complete waist of your time, and if they have you doing one they have 3 other people doing one too, there is a lot of business done on the golf coures that way
Feck all to do with graphs and projections, oh and double what you think and if they ask for a dicount your still in front and they feel better, no charge for this nonsense but they should be

Right, I see what you mean now. I get those Tfof notifications as well, they usually tell you someone has liked your post or connected to the forum. They usually pop up in the bottom right of my laptop if I'm on FB or whatever, however I haven't had any porn related ones so I don't know where they're coming from. Try going into settings and clearing all your cache, i.e. cookies and history then open forum by typing in manually [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] etc. We pay to have the "https" in front of our web address, which is what is used during cash transactions with Amazon, Banks etc, so I don't know how the forum can be hacked. Let me know if what I suggested works and if it doesn't what I'll do is disable the "like/dislike" buttons to see if that makes a difference.

Re: What are you doing today??
I have no idea what this means but it sounds great . I have 4 circles of customers. 1 = everything based on price ( no good, I dismiss them immediately). 2 = both adults working, 2 cars, couple of holidays a year etc. This is where I am at the top of at the minute. I am trying to get into circle 3 ( 1 adult working, solicitor/financial advisor, house worth 750 k minimum, 2 luxury cars, gym bunnies etc, and finally circle 4 = money no object, will pay for my accommodation to do the job, gated high walled house, adult is investment fund manager or the like. If anyone has a picture of a pet as their main profile photo on FB, they are dismissed immediately. If they don't give me what their budget is, they are dismissed immediately. If they ask for a discount, they are....... Sounds callous, but its the only way of sorting the wheat from the chaff. I also, will give a ball park on spraying jobs from photos. I can hit about 95% accuracy from them and it saves me the trouble of calling out to the house. It also gets rid of the tyrekickersMcqueen wrote:Its quite simple, you can have 3 people wanting quotes and all will be different because some have far too much money and you want to relieve them of some and some people are skint members and you dont really want to deal with them because it will be hard work, try to work out by looking at folk and how smart they dress and where they live also ask what business they are in and work out how well off they are, try to make them like you by having a laugh and joke and pal them up, when you leave they will think what a nice man i would like to give him the job, all those written and well researched estimates are a complete waist of your time, and if they have you doing one they have 3 other people doing one too, there is a lot of business done on the golf coures that way

Re: What are you doing today??
Here you lot you'll be really proud of me , I did a truly good deed today . This afternoon at Asda checkout I was behind an old lady in the queue. Her bill came to £67.48 but when she counted out all her change, she only had just under £60. I thought she was probably someone’s Gran and I’d like to think someone would have helped my Gran out when she was alive. She didn’t want me to help her but I insisted, and in no time we had all her shopping back on the shelves
