Nursing a sore back. yesterday, I moved 17 doors, 11 glass and 6 fire doors at an enterprise centre ( 9 mini offices for those who will want to stay local instead of travelling in future) we are spraying. If I stay in one position for too long, its feckin agony when I move

Looks like ebay has shut down too. Someone has hit Jacks scooter up the arse at a roundabout. He wants to pay cash so thats good so looked on ebay and a whole new rear end fairing the right colour for £45 but delivery date 5th January! Got it anyway, in the meantime I can fix it with duck tape. Get a new number plate tomorrow he will have it for work next Tuesday.

Just booked flights for February 8th for me and Patsy so 5 and a half weeks for the covids to die down. Lovely outing today to collect my pills and go to shops for essential food. Dogs have finished off the Turkey!

When I was a boy ,on Hogmanay our family had a ritual, before the bells everyone had to bathe, cut finger/toe nails, shampoo hair and put on clean clothes from top to bottom , the idea was I think "out with the old and in with the new ",well as I have loads of time on my hands I have just finished the ritual,

So naebody turned up tae the Hogmanay party and now our favourite Indian restaurant that we had ordered oor tea from for tonight has shut because one on the kitchen staff has Covid

There was a bloke in the Supermarket yesterday dressed in a Kilt, looked strange amongst the mainly Polish punters in Wisbech Aldi. He was spending ages looking at the meat section, guess he was trying to find the haggis.....

No snow here but I turned the central heating off today just to give it a breather. Naturally I am enjoying using up my £200 heating allowance and also the £140 off my electric bill. And last month £10 showed up in my account from DWP. No idea what thats for. Just a mystery innit.
