Hi all hope you have had a FUN weekend.
I hope I am not boring you with the Murphy (Jack O) saga but the more I dig the more I find.
Whilst waiting for some important software to download I decided to kill some time by having a fresh look at some of Jack O’s posts. On his last post he suggests Google searching Fadallio Bronte Fraud so I did. In my search I was taken to this link: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] a forum for British Expats.
I found a post submitted by a maria.D.C. and when I read it alarm bells started ringing. The name Chris Davies appeared and those tell tale spelling mistakes. I then clicked on ‘view all posts’ and the reading was quite interesting to say the least. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Please do have a gander.
Maria.D.C. purports to be someone who is in their mid 80’s or so (lost her first fiancé in 1944) and has invested in El Barranco and claims she has lost all her life savings. No disrespect to any octogenarians but maria.D.C. then writes eloquently and knowledgably about land ownership, building, bank mortgages and reselling in Spain and Tenerife. She knows so much how the hell did she get duped? Me thinks this is Murphy but read on!
I think I have mentioned before how Jack O refers many times to: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and also [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] He is obviously competent at setting up these Myspace pages.
Take another look at the Pebble Beach Owners. I know I have been harping on about his spelling errors but if you read the “About Me” column on the right hand side there are I think 30 spelling mistakes. This is a definite signature of Murphy. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see a video entitled “El Barranco Tenerife The Reality. That video is a Youtube format and if you search it on Youtube you will find: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Notice who uploaded it! None other than a Maria Decourcy. Maria.D.C.? Well Well! The mind doth boggle. We know Murphy owns on Aries so that video or most of it must have been taken from opposite his apartment. Part of his one man crusade.
What bothers me is why. Why did he need to make up yet another name to hide behind? Why could he not have gone on that forum as Jack O? Why does he need this cloak of secrecy? I have a colleague who like me assists the police. She works as a Psychological Profiler. I have passed on my findings to her. She has said when she gets a little spare time she will take a look. It will be interesting to see what she comes up with. Another Walter Mitty?

Has he an hidden agenda? This guy seem intent on dragging P.B.V. down. He says it a great place but then and continually says it is now desecrated by El Barranco and talks of depressed property prices as a result. My sis wanting to sell is not being helped by this. Can anyone throw some light on this? He also goes on quite a lot and knows a lot about some singer Joel David. Hope this has not bored you. TM

Hello folks, my name is Joe Murphy alias Joel David, CoCo the Clown, and numerous other names i have been called throughout my career. I was born Joe Murphy but like 99% of entertainers i have a "stage" name which is Joel David. I have read this thread with initial bemusement and then sadness as i believe Mr Truth Man to be quite sick. This post is not to deny anything that Mr Truth Man has quoted as i am in the belief that there are two reasons you never argue with and idiot, one, he will drag you down to his level and two, he will win hands down due to his imbosillic experience. That said I will tell you a story; i have owned an apartment on Pebble Beach Village for 12years now i have never hidden my contempt for the eyesore El Barranco or the people that built it.I have been a proffessional entertainer for 50 years and feel blessed that i earn my living doing something i love to do, whether i do it well or not is for the people who regularly engage me to play for Golf Club dinner/dances, numerous restaurants and radio broadcasts to decide, as the old saying go's you can't please all the people all of the time but i'm still working 5 nights a week. The Amarilla is my second home and i love it, i visit every six or seven weeks or so for a 7day duration indeed it was my dream to retire there one day. In november of 2010 i was diagnosed as having prostate cancer and the initial prognosis was not favourable, i contemplated the situation and decided rightly or wrongly to defer the urgent surgery my specialist strongly advised. My wife and i sat for hours and reminised our 36years together and we chose 20songs that had been important to us, i spent a week recording them and had 100 C.D.albums printed for posterity to give to family and friends. On a visit to P.B.V. in March this year we were spending a lazy day by the pool when a man called David Grogan a director of a company called Solitaire Fashions in my home town of Darwen who also owns an apartment on P.B.V. launched into a frenzied verbal attack screaming that i had invented the story that i had prostate cancer to gain sympathy to get more bookings and to earn a few million quid from sales of the C.D. Album of the special songs that had meant so much to us. Grogan's sickening accusations were to ludicrous to initialy defend and i turned my back and walked away leaving him to stew in his own froth. P.B.V. is a small community and word of the altercation spread, so as not to allow any speculation i wrote an open letter to the residents contesting Grogan's lies and i threatened legal action if he persisted on his quest to lie and derogate me He remained quiet for a while but it is now clear that he is trying with a sickening obsession to bring my name into disrepute in P.B.V. and indeed wherever he can or to anyone who will listen to his rantings. Grogan is "Mr Truth Man", he has known me for 30years and it was on my recomendation that he purchased his apartment opposite El Barranco before it was built, he has been trying to sell it since El Barranco was built but can't and is now blaming me or Jack or Sid or Alice or Muffin The Mule because he is stuck with it. He talks of hidden agenda's, he tried on a different forum to do the same thing as he is doing on this one, he registered numerous avatars then started asking questions like the one above and then answering them with bull with another, his sinister agenda was quickly discovered by the moderators of the other forum and his accounts have now been banned. I can only summise that his festering hatred of me is so deep that by naming me or all the other names he has said i am he is hoping that the builders of El barranco with put a "contract" out on me for allegedly calling them con-men and cowboys. As for his sick accusations of my stimulating record sales by inventing the story that i have prostate cancer i would state in all honesty i have not SOLD one single album, as for my other albums that are regularly played on BBC Radio Two and Gold FM i can tell you that on every visit i have made to Tenerife over the past 12years if i have played at either Aries Bar or Placeres i have GIVEN away many of my albums on the condition that the recipiants made a donation to K9 or Live Arico. I have no doubt that Grogan or TRUTH MAN will continue to post his festering obsessions and you may believe or believe them i will not answer any more posts in this thread but i do hope to join in on any other light hearted subject in the future Best regards Joel David (Joe Murphy, CoCo the Clown, Uncle Tom Cobbley ect ect....)

And as for the rest of the story! Bull! My 2 uncles died of prostate
cancer and believe me when someone is given an unfavourable prognosis it
remains unfavourable. There are two
types of prostate cancer – aggressive and non aggressive. If you get the aggressive it goes into the
bones and then it’s Finito Benito. You

urgent surgery my specialist strongly advised.” Presumably it is favourable now
otherwise you would be dead.


Should have had this Grogan arrested for harassment. He did

Quite correct

I did hope Joe Murphy would at least come back with a bit
more enthusiasm and show a little courage.
To treat me as an idiot I suppose is his prerogative but to refuse to
get in to a debate on that basis I find is a bit pathetic.


Most people including this forum do like to hear both sides
to an argument but he won’t even comment or defend himself. Saying he doesn’t need to is just a lame

Anyhow at least Jack O has been quieter than normal and no
doubt will remain so. Murphy’s refusal
to explain himself gives me the inkling there is more he is hiding so I’ll keep

I have a couple of questions

TM was invited to join this forum but how did Joel find us and specifically this thread.
Did someone tell him to come and have a look or is google picking up this forum more than we know?

Sorry my interest is really in the marketing of TFoF and how people are finding us.

Thinking out loud, If there was slander and we were in the middle of it then heap big trouble with the forum provider,
But that would take some thinking through'

No slander problem as we have a disclaimer and if a poster slanders another then be it on their head. The person who feels they are being slandered should at first ask for the post to be removed.
There is a very fine line between what is and isn't slanderous.
Racism, if someone is deliberately trying to draw another in to racist remarks, then they are actually the one who is responsible for starting race hate. If it is a person trying to pretend they are someone they are not, so as to draw a racist issue, they can get into serious trouble. This is the same as the police planting to draw someone to commit a crime.
