What are you doing today??

Have a great trip guys, hopefully the weather is better than Tenerife at the mome. Where has the sun disappeared too? Where is that sunny tropical island i thought I had moved too? .... Well this is the first day in just over a month, I decided I am doing absoultly nothing today!

Well, we're safely ensconced in our hotel room and getting ready for dinner. We've had a wee walk round Inverness town centre just to get the appetite going. (I'm starving, normally I would raid the fridge at home), then after that we're going for a swim and a jacuzzi in the hotel spa. I got a row of one of the pool reception folk for trying to take a picture of the pool. There was 2 people in it but you're not allowed to take a picture unless it's empty. They even supply you with towels!

Yes mate the apartment is great, Jan ain't seen it yet. Dropped her at lazy daze, unloaded car and taxi down, nice steak and lots if beer

Had a nice walk along the river and back in Hotel drinking a peach schnapps

I think if it stays dry we may go to Fort George today. Wiki and then have a wee nostalgic greet at Culloden. Wiki. Which is only a few miles away from Fort George. Or we may go to my surname's original meaning, a placename, namely Brodie Castle.Wiki.

Glorious morning here on Northumberland coast not a cloud in the sky very mild spring appears to have sprung.

Better half at graft as usual, just spent 2 hours doing housework off the take muttley down the beach hope I can get parked it'll be packed.

Footy this afternoon my first game in over a month, have t missed it at all.
Before the game I'm being interviewed about the success of my blog for the clubs latest official podcast, hope the croaky voice holds up !.

We're staying in the Palace Hotel, right on the River Ness opposite the castle Bill. After Fort George, we went for a run to the end of Glen Affric and came out at the south end at Drumnadrochit (Gaelic: Druim na Drochaidh or the Ridge of the Bridge). Passed the Drumnadrochit Hotel and a wee bit dismayed to find that "Nessie" is no longer in residence there. She used to float in a pond in the Hotel grounds.

Cam I think Nessie is at another hotel actually on the edge of the loch

OK, been for dinner then into the pool for a few lengths to impress the girls (bloody place was deserted!), joined Mermiad in the jacuzzi then on to the steam room and a cold shower to finish off! If there had been any girls they would have been mightily impressed watching me with my feeble breast stroke and floating on my back kicking my legs routine!

I went into the jacuzzi twice and into the steam room.

Evening all. Just been down to Kent. Engine all back together on Roys boat and it starts, sounds sweet. Now we have to wait for a crane to lift it in the water........

4 games, 10 points and unbeaten and two of the games were away against our biggest rivals. Great stuff!

Cam this is the only thread I can reply on from my phone. There seems to be an issue with the forum and phones. I am not getting a full forum and colour is limited. I have tried from another phone and same.

Just had a look in the help forum Kev and there's no reports of mobile connection problems. I'm off to brekkie just now, I'll check all the permissions when I get back.
