Not been around much as went to see Tif yesterday, she has sorted out my neck, shoulders and back but I need to spend less time talking to you lot. I also have to drink more.

I have been nursing my bruises all day, but I am going out tonight so can hopefully forget them for a while. I will be wearing a woolie jumper though as it is now really cold at 20C

Re: What are you doing today??
Val dragged me into town today and what a great day we had, the sun was beating down and the old city looked great , loads of foreign voices and there was a group blasting out music in the gardens, the food market in Castle street was heaving with folks eating all different kinds of food. we went for lunch in one of our favourite places MIRO,S cantina Mexicana, we go quite often and know the staff well, our lunch was great , we shared a starter of nachos with cheese , re-fried beans , salsa and sour cream , Val had salmon for her main course while I had a Mexican stack which is layers of tortillas filled withE.G.on the bottom re-fried beans and salsa then chilli con carne then cheese and roasted vegetables all baked and then covered in guacamole and sour cream , on the side I had salad and saffron rice absolutely great no room for sweet so finished with superb coffee, got the bus and laughed like two teenagers all the way home, don,t think the Arona Grand is ready for us yet
