Blimey you lot been quiet. Met Vince tonight, we went to Margeritas, he had to leave before the best part of the show was on. We also did a boat trip. Used a guy called Colin the fishing booth opposite KualaLumpa at Los Cris port.

Going to have a drink, she's just back from the hospice, been back and forward last three days, been told its imminent, she didn't want to stay, watching her sister a couple of years back distressed her to much...

Re: What are you doing today??
Phone call just the back of seven, she's just gone to bed now, lots of family been round, her younger sister went at 42, her brother today, the oldest of them at 52, her only other surviving sibling 50 lost the plot over the death of her husband and sister at much the same time, she's on constant medication (a very rich woman, just lost it, no alcohol or drugs involved), her dad 80, just could not accept it, kept saying he'll be ok when he gets out of hospital, strange, he screws me at pool most times we play, but just could not, or did not want to accept it, she bed now, I drunk a lot but sober, I will not say as a judge cos those wankers must be pissed the decisions they make, oh well, tomorrow's another day, for some of us...

Re: What are you doing today??
Thanks all, guy was ok, never smoked, took a drink now and again, still played in a football team for guys of his age, family would meet for pub grub and a pint every second weekend or so, he was also one of the group of us that went to Menorca earlier this year, wasn't much of a holiday for him, he had just been diagnosed, couldn't get food or drink down, that's what caused him to go to the doctor in the first place, he was well pissed off with me, if you recall I joined in on the holiday at the last minute, couldn't get booked in the same all inclusive five star hotel as them, so I booked a cheap apartment nearby and acquired a magic wristband that entitled me to wine a dine freely at their place, at each meal as I was scoffing in to the excellent food he would remind me, (the tight Scots bas#ard), that he had paid a fortune to sip soup and that I was dining for free, it was all in good humour. She ain't to good, went really down last Friday when she got the news that they'd stopped the medication and it was only a matter of time, her pal came round, I was in the kitchen cooking, heard her saying to her pal "first my mother, then my sister, and now my brother all well before their times, is it me next", know when her brother got diagnosed she went to the doctors for all the tests she could get. He was in the middle of doing up his house, some major DIY, garden and everything, he was a site manager with a big construction company, don't know if he was entitled to it but they kept paying him, plus sent a bunch of guys round to sort out the house and garden, don't hear of that much do you. Plan last night was we were going to visit her father and sister today, don't know if that's still the plan, one of her mates who was very friendly with her brothers is on the way round, she couldn't go to work today, she went with other half to see him a couple of nights back, he had said he did not want to see anyone but they still went even if just to keep his wife company who had not left the hospice since he was taken in, she says to him your sister and Caths here to see you is it ok for them to come in, his answer, " yip, but tell Cath no tongues"...
