Re: What are you doing today??
Just back from a food intolerance dietician. She checked my energy levels using a device that measures pulse against the electrical field my body was producing. She said ideally I should be in the 45 to 55 range at my age. She said if I was constantly tired that she would expect a reading somewhere between 10 and 35. She asked how long I had been suffering with the tiredness. "18 years" I said. Then the reading came up on screen "You poor man" she said. "I'm fecked" I thought to myself. I had a score of MINUS 16. I was the first person under 70 to ever show that low a reading and I if I was over seventy, she said she would still be concerned about it. She is waiting for my bloods to come back from the lab and will then do out a diet plan for me. She did warn me that it will be very strict but that it will be worth it. She also asked what my GP thought. I told her that he has been trying to convince me for years that I'm depressed. She said that was an easy way out for the Dr. and she was fed up of medical practitioners not doing their job. I've been down so many blind alleys over the years with this thing that I really have no expectations. I suppose at the very least I will lose some weight.

First thing they will come up with is lactose. Then, it will be yeast and potassium

Doubt if the potassium will show Kev, bananas are one of the few foods to give me a boost.

hope the diet plan works for you. Not a good result at your age.3rdforum wrote:Just back from a food intolerance dietician. Took Macie to pick up her mum from Asda then drove them home. She was going Oooh! and Ahh! at all the Christmas lights as we passed...and Macie liked them too!
