Fitting new shower trap, outside electric socket, blanco satinado 3 doors, cleaning kitchen cupboards, washing patio doors, I could do with a holiday 
I may get round to visiting Kev if i can read the back of his cards, but i think it will be next week way things are going,

Doing a "Reg"...

Been clearing out my barn. Found a steel garage in there I bought about 15 years ago....... Seems to be all there except the assembly instuctions and I cant find them on google either.    I have measured all the bits and I'm trying to work it out on paper. Appears to be 5.2m X 3.0m so I will need a concrete base of that size. Oh, and a new concrete mixer.

I'm off for a haircut...the wind keeps blowing it in my eyes.

Haircut done and I'm a tad disappointed. It's a Turkish barber and he used to do the old flame in the ear trick to singe away all those hairs that seem to grow in my ears now I'm getting older. However, the old barber is gone and it's a new young fella that's taken over. Everything else was fine, trim the eyebrows, smelly stuff on the hair etc. but I miss the old flames in me lugs!

I feel a feckin hernia coming on. Doing far too much lately. Painted a bedroom in my dad's house in Kerry. Cracks everywhere, screwholes exposed on ceilings where plaster feel away, ( level of finishing in that house was abysmal). I've got the room looking brand new. Put 2 coats of paint on ceiling and walls. Yesterday, when we were packing up, I noticed a patch on one wall that I missed with the roller. "How the feck did I manage that", I thought. Opened the curtains. I had forgotten to give the entire wall a second coat . FFS! 

( Top Tip, never paint by artificial light!)

Today Mathew, or to more accurate tonight, it's the pool league presentation doo, and yes we're picking up some silverware, we won the Knockout Cup...

Normal format is we have a DJ or Karaoke  guy who dose a bit before and after the trophy presentation bit while we all get rat arsed and tuck in to the buffet, then when whatever pub were having the doo in closes around midnight we head in to town to get really shit faced...

But at last months league meeting the chairman said they were having difficulty getting a DJ or Karaoke and suggested since the bar has a very good jukebox he'd spoke with the landlady and shed agreed to put it on free play so we're basically being our own DJ, but what was suggested we to do with the hundred odd quid or so we'd spend on a DJ is put up some raffle prizes and give all league members a free ticket, everyone at the meeting agreed to this with one guy suggesting we also sell extra raffle tickets and give the proceeds to charity, this was also agreed to, I then suggested that one of the prizes should be a trophy, when questioned as to why I said it would only be fair to the Ducie Bridge team in given them a chance to win something this season as they've won feck all,,, went gown well with everyone except George the Ducie Bridge captain...

So might be logging in late tomorrow...

Went shopping at ASDA, couldnt find any sunglasses as I need some next week for a hospital eye jobbie. Tried tesco superstore, found some,,,, £40. Swerved that. Ebay then, £2.99 delivered. UV 400 or summat it said, you know, like the lookie lookie boys.

Watching 3 football matches, while waiting for Eileen to wake up. Then, we'll go for a bite to eat somewhere to celebrate Eoghans birthday. He's feckin 16 already
