Kids in Belfast would come to us when we were on patrol and ask "do you need any messages soldier" if you gave them money for fags say you'd never see them again. worse than the middle east

When we did the Meir tunnel on the A50 at Stoke on Trent the walls we built used to get kicked down we would go in next morning & most of the work was down kids doing it , so one night we waited caught them & told the ringleader we would pay him in fags if he didn’t let the other kids do it anymore. No more problems after that took two years that job & the lad stayed with us on & off for that time. Cost a bloody fortune in Embassy’s x

Re: What are you doing today??
Yeah, I might just take the option. It beats drinking on my own looking at this fecking screen. By the way its a bank holiday on Monday. Not that anyone will notice lol. Still welding Freelander, probably will be Monday as well. Running out of sheet steel FFS. Took time out for grass cutting duties. Patsy had her first trip out today for weeks. She had to get a new iron and ironing board cover as the old one went silly. She put it down and it immediately burnt right through the cover and was making popping noises. She was panicking, I said have you pulled the plug out, yes..... Good. No reason not to look smart in lockdown guys.innit wrote:Is this the way forward

Nightmare things. Do the other one next to it the same, you have a nice base for a garden bench.Campbell Brodie wrote:Talked my neighbour into cutting down a leylandii he'd planted 9 years ago. Feckin' thing was above the guttering on a 2 storey house and right outside my spare bedroom window. Zapped it with my electric chainsaw last night. You can see how it was right in front of my window. Before and after...
