Wild life has a calming effect,
we have an hedgehog too and he go's from garden to garden under the fences,
I keep missing with the shotgun but i will have the little bassa one day

Bought I tin of spray paint (£7'50), and gave it a clean and 3 coats. I can live with the dent, purely cosmetic and I ain't looking to sell it...

Taking Janet out   off to look at a camper van

I went and picked some conkers to keep the spiders out of the house. (Cheaper than a camper van...)

How do conkers keep spiders out of the house ?

We looked around the camper then he showed us his split screen he had built -Wow, then through the next door he had 25 scooters and various mopeds oh and his own forklift and why not,
we got on like house on fire then he took us in the house, smeg everything and a scooter on the sideboard that sort of thing, so back in the garden sat on his bench that was about 20ft long
I said whats it going to take Paul ? what he said ? price for your van ? he came back with 2 grand less than i was going to pay, best poker face on i said ok pal if thats what you want we will go for it
we pick it up thursday

Shell them and put a few conkers in a few wee bowls or summat and place in the corners of the rooms. Spiders don't like them... Works a treat, done it for years. Good result with the campervan!

Try it. Go for a run in the country somewhere you know are chestnut trees. Try it for a few weeks and see how you get on. Won't cost nowt...

Well it can sleep 4 but its more cosy for 2, Camper vans and Motorhomes are 2 different things, both have a use, what you need is a car with 3 buttons 1/ everyday use 2/ parking up for the day and maybe stay over 1 or 2 nights free, 3/ motorhome with all the bells but a complete pain to park anywhere ,been there at least 6 times with both, we will go to York and the east coast like whitby top and sit and watch the world go by, you will get away with staying over but if it was a motorhome plod will move you on come 11pm, 2004 Auto sleeper that is very low mileage owned by an old lady that most years it did 60 mile, so the thing is like new,they insisted it is given a deep clean and Mot this week, she seems to have lost her marbles so i might say i already paid for it

I'll pack Macie up at 3 this afternoon as she comes back to ours for tea on a Wednesday. I've got the conkers all ready for her to break open. Then it's into the bowls and they transform into "anti-arachnids"!

Washing   back from Turkey last night loved it as first timers going there, won’t be our last x

Been phone phone shop today,phones been playing up last few days so had to take sim card out of it and put in a very old phone o had so no internet hence not been on forum, thought it would be a new phone but no, guy worked on it for ages and managed to clear some of its memory and get it working but says memory will fill up again and problems will return so new phone around the corner me thinks...

last night agent tony rang to say the apartment we (well i wanted ) had been sold so thats the bad bit
so i'm only half happy
but compared to some lives like the girl over the road who is 41 and died this week i must not complain

Ryanair just cancelled our flight to Tenerife for Thurs 3 weeks. I'm going to see if I can get a voucher instead of a refund.
