Re: What are you doing today??
Nah, it went:-
1-0 to them, then 1-1, then 2-1 to them, then 3-1, so it was all over by the time I played the last game which was irrelevant, but at least I wone it which made te score line look better, the third game was the turning point, our lad was on the black and missed it which left an easy finish for them, but all the games were close except mine, I trashed the guy shame it was to late...
We will pick up a bit of silver at the awards night at the end of Febuary, we came second in the doubles tournament that runs throughout the year, that went down to the wire, on the last match night of the season if the team in the lead had lost thier last match and we had won ours it would have went to a play off, but unfortunatly that didn't happen, but still not bad going for a team we managed to knock together after the local went tits up...

I have been using Freds car for about a month cos the heater packed up on mine but I need to use a trailer so thought I would try and fix it. Wire had fallen off the fan motor............ If only everything was that simple.

Re: What are you doing today??
Had trouble finding woodchip wallpaper, seems to have gone out of fashion. Got some eventually from Wickes so I have repaired the holes in my bedroom ceiling where some plonker put his foot through. Painted it this afternoon, all white it is.

Re: What are you doing today??
Put the Xmas decorations in the attic. Had Darragh and Shona helping me. Stacked everything nicely in the corner. Came down. Folded up the ladder ( one of these multi fold ones). put that back in the van. Quite happy with myself. Sat down and looked over to the corner and there is a 30 inch high Santa statue ( lights up from the inside )
